By using Transcribe Audio to Text, you agree to these terms.

Using the tool

Upload audio files up to 25 MB to transcribe the first 5 minutes. Longer recordings are cropped before transcription. You can rename speaker labels and copy or download your results. Files must be readable and contain audio the service can process.

Only upload files you own or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful material or interfere with the website or its services.

Your files and transcripts

Your audio remains yours. We process it to provide the transcription service. Temporary audio uploads are deleted after processing. Hourly cleanup removes abandoned uploads older than one hour; service interruptions can delay deletion.

Keep your original files and download any transcripts you want to save.

Accuracy and availability

Transcription and speaker identification are automated and can make mistakes. Review important details before relying on or sharing the results.

We work to keep the service available, but uploads or processing may occasionally fail or be interrupted.
